After much consideration this client decided to do a cosmetic remodel VS a complete demo. The cost saving that was gained by refinishing their cabinets was enough to completely pay for their solid granite counters and backsplash! On top of that they did not have to throw out perfectly good solid Oak cabinets that by the way are much sturdier than most options on the market today. This also cut their total remodel time by several weeks!
