Portland House Painter Specialists – Pearl Painters is a full service Interior and Exterior painting company founded in Portland Oregon by Brian Kemnitz. We have all heard the stories, “my painter was an hour late” (or didn’t show up at all), or “he just never showed up again…I still have his ladder and some tools”. Brian wanted to create a company to help change that image. He wanted to treat each client and his/her home, as they should be treated, professionally and respectfully.
