“ When I first called Pearl Painters they sent out an estimator to go over all of the work. Once they’re done talking to you they film a video of the whole house talking you through what they’re going to do and what you, the client needs to do prior to the work. They then email you a copy of the video. This was very helpful.

Once they start the work they really start to work. It moves pretty fast. Every day I received a text from the foreman Craig explaining what work was done that day and the agenda for the next day. On all of these texts Brian the owner is cc’d to be made aware of all the work that’s being done.

I was quite pleased with the communication and the quality of work. Attention to detail was excellent especially when it came to painting the trim. “
