Brian Kemnitz
Owner
Brian Kemnitz, owner of Pearl Painters since 2001, thrives on helping the team achieve their goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Our tagline, "Making you wish all contractors were like us," reflects our commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling, spending time with family, fitness, and outdoor activities.
Craig Kuykendall
Production Manager
Since 2009, Craig has brought his painting expertise to his role as Production Manager. He enjoys transforming visions into reality and nurturing his team’s skills. Outside work, Craig loves cliff jumping, beach trips, family vacations, and attending church, reflecting his zest for life and commitment to excellence.
Luke Hass
Estimator
Luke Hass, with Pearl Painters since 2011, started as an apprentice and is now Head of Sales. He loves seeing clients' satisfaction and enjoys exploring new cafes and stores during commutes. Luke attributes the company's success to its dedicated team and the mentorship of Brian and Craig.

Angela Brillantes
Scheduling Coordinator
Meet the first person you're likely to speak with on the Pearl Painters team! In 2025, Angela joined us to help improve efficiency even more, by coordinating onsite estimate appointments, booking consultations, and answering all your questions. She ensures that things get off to a smooth, professional start and gets our team to show up on time and ready to help. In her off time, she loves going on local adventures to discover cafes she hasn't yet visited, and of course spending time with friends and family.

Traynor Daline
Job Site Manager
Traynor joined us in 2022 and enjoys job challenges, ensuring no surprises and clear communication. He loves seeing the finished project. Outside of work, Traynor spends time with his black lab, large family, and enjoys backpacking, camping, sports, and movies.
Liane Stole
Job Site Manager
Liane joined Pearl Painters in April 2020 and values accountability, integrity, and maintaining a respectful, clean workspace. Passionate about gardening, she enjoys connecting with clients who share her love of plants and nature.
Ethan Lewis
Job Site Manager
Ethan is a team leader who serves customers with integrity, clarity, and a solution-oriented mindset. He values character-based goals and takes pride in exceeding expectations. There’s nothing more rewarding to him than ending the day knowing he'd made someone’s life easier or their home better. Outside work, he enjoys cooking with his wife, spending time with their cats, tackling projects, and relaxing with a good book.

Edder joined Pearl Painters in 2023 and has enjoyed learning new techniques and values our structured, organized approach. He loves seeing customer’s joyful reactions to home transformations. Outside work, he enjoys family time and fishing.
Coran Bourdeau
Skilled Painter
Coran, who joined Pearl Painters in 2023, enjoys “playing with paint” and delivering high-quality work. He loves exploring the PNW, disc golf, snowboarding, dogs, the Oregon Coast, and the Portland foodie scene.
Noah Schlavin
Skilled Painter
Noah, with Pearl Painters since 2019, serves as Lead Painter in summer. He loves customer reactions to newly painted spaces. In winter, he works at ski resorts and enjoys outdoor activities with his dog.
Blake Fraser
Skilled Painter
Blake brings a lifetime of hands-on experience across multiple trades and three different states. He blends his skills to deliver a painting experience that’s detailed, dependable, and genuinely tailored to each homeowner. He believes in consistent communication from the start, and treats every home with the utmost respect. Outside of painting, he loves spending time with his partner and their animals.
