Onsite Meeting Expectations:

• Exterior Projects – Average time needed: 1.5 hours
• Small Interior/Cabinet Projects – Plan for: 1.5 hours
• Full Interior Projects (all walls/ceilings/trim) – Be prepared! These require a minimum of 2 hours on average.

To finalize an exact scope of work, all decision-makers need to be present at the meeting. When I first arrive, I will confirm that the timing works for everyone. If not, we’ll need to reschedule. Our process is designed in a way to ensure everyone is on the same page, which means fewer surprises, a smoother project, and results that exceed your expectations!

Together, we will walk through each room or around your home’s exterior to decide precisely what will be done. These choices are crucial as they affect the final look, project duration, and total cost.

2. What You’ll Receive

If we’re a great fit, I’ll create a personalized scope of work video for your project and a detailed proposal outlining the exact work and pricing. We’ll review everything together to ensure we’re perfectly aligned before I leave.
