On-site Consultation Expectations
- For exterior projects, small interior projects, and cabinet projects, plan for an average of 1.5 hours for our on-site consultation.
- For large interior projects (e.g. all walls/ceilings/trim), prepare for at least 2 hours for our on-site consultation.
- All decision-makers must be present.
Consultation Agenda
1. Set Expectations
When I first arrive, I will confirm that you are available for the amount of time needed (see above) for this on-site consultation, and that all decision-makers are present. If not, we will need to reschedule.
2. Define the Scope of Work
Together, we will walk through each room or around your home’s exterior to decide precisely what will be done. These choices are crucial as they affect the final look, project duration, and total cost.
3. Deliver Detailed Proposal
If we’re a great fit, I’ll create a personalized scope of work video for your project and a detailed proposal outlining the exact work and pricing. This will all be done on-site. We’ll review everything together to ensure we’re perfectly aligned before I leave.
