Once we have truly heard your requests, goals and concerns, we then create a custom video walkthrough documenting all those details that we agreed to during your initial meeting with our estimator. This video will include:

- Your specific to-do’s before we arrive, such as moving furniture
- The level of preparation needed
- The brand / grade of paint and sheen level
- Number of coats
- Application methods

We include a link to your video in your written contract. This allows you to easily view it whenever you want, and provides a quick reference for the team. Inserting it into the contract also serves as a clear record of what was agreed upon.
